Board Calendar and Cadence
The bylaws that went into effect July 1, 2025 require Board Meetings to be held minimally 4 times a year. These meetings will generally occur on a quarterly basis in the months following the close of our fiscal quarters. At these meetings the Board receives our financial reports from the Treasurer.
When there are open positions for Officers and Trustees, announcements will be made to the Temple Emanuel Community.
The Board intends to schedule a gathering of the congregation annually to provide an update on the status of Temple Emanuel, honor community members and celebrate successes.
Consistent with the bylaws, Temple will have an annual financial review of the financial records by an outside auditor each year with a report to the Board following the audit.
