FREE Yoga Workshop

Join Jessica for a 90 minute yoga class on February 12 at 10 am in the social hall. This will be an all-levels class accessible to everyone. Please bring a mat or towel, a cushion to sit on, and if you’d like, a water bottle. Wear comfortable clothing you can move in. We will start the class by trying out a few different breathing techniques, followed by a flowing yoga sequence, and end with a meditation. You do not need any prior experience with yoga or meditation, and you do not need to be flexible or athletic “enough” to attend.
Jessica received her 200-hour teacher training certificate from South Hills Power Yoga in 2013. Since then she has taught vinyasa style, mommy and me, and restorative yoga classes in various local libraries and studios. Currently she teaches a weekly meditation and restorative class at Yoga Innovations.
