Grades 8–12 | $290/year

Looking for something real, relevant, and fun after your B’nai Mitzvah? We’ve heard from our teens, and we’re building exactly what you’ve asked for:

  • Time with friends
  • Meaningful, practical Jewish discussions
  • Delicious food (yes, more than just pizza!)
  • Stronger connections with your rabbis
  • And did we mention… more time with friends?

This isn’t just a classroom—it’s a space to be yourself, explore big ideas, and stay connected to your Jewish community in a way that makes sense for your life now.

Join Us Sundays | 12:15–1:15 PM

We get it—weeknights are packed with homework, activities, and downtime. That’s why we meet Sunday afternoons right after Torah Center. It’s easy, low-stress, and designed with your schedule in mind.

Whether you’re already in the building as a madrich/madricha, or just stopping in for a great hour of food, friendship, and conversation—you’re welcome here. You might even learn something along the way (but don’t worry, no tests!).

A Partnership That Makes Sense

Temple Emanuel of South Hills is thrilled to partner with Beth El Congregation of the South Hills. Our students already share life—at school, in sports, the arts, and beyond—so it’s only natural we learn together too.

Rabbi Aaron, Rabbi Alex, and Cantor Kalix bring the right mix of energy, experience, and humor to keep things meaningful and engaging. Throughout the year, we’ll also welcome special guests based on what’s happening in the world and in our lives.
