June is LGBTQ+ Pride Month, a time to recognize the sweeping impact that LGBT individuals, advocates, and allies have on history in the United States and around the globe. Temple Emanuel joins the global community in celebrating Pride along with members of the LGBTQ community. How well we are aware that there is still much work to be done to realize the human and Jewish values of love, inclusion, and acceptance, and we honor everyone who stands on their behalf. Our Pride Shabbat service is but one way we seek to affirm the place of all in our sacred community.
