In recognition of Martin Luther King Jr. Day Weekend 2022, positive racial identity development expert Ali Michael, Ph.D. returns to her hometown of Mt. Lebanon for a four-part series of educational engagements, focused on building and sustaining a healthy multiracial community. 
 
Over the course of the long weekend, Dr. Michael will work with community Faith leaders, district teachers (K-12), and local early childhood educators. Dr. Michael will share stories from her childhood and her life as a parent, researcher, and anti-racism educator. We are fortunate that Dr. Michael will join us at Temple Emanuel of South Hills for a special conversation about the intersection of her Judaism and her professional work on Friday night, January 14th immediately following Shabbat services.
