5K Training 101: Building Your 7-ish Week Plan
The SHIM 5K is for everyone – and this session will help you get there. We’ll share practical tips for building endurance, talk through fueling your body, and leave time for Q&A. Whether it’s your first 5K or your fifteenth, you’ll leave with a plan and the confidence to get started.
